Custom label-like field that can have creation restricted to specific users?

I'd like to know if there's a way where I can create a custom-field that operates similar to a label or component that can only be created by a specific user?

We want labels to be freely created, but want an option to have a specific custom field that we can use for board creation and filters...etc.

 

Is this possible?

Hi @Tyler Berard ,

With the help of multi select custom field type and embedded java script you will able to configure custom field to behave as same like components.
