send mails to third party participants

Hello,

is it possible to send business mails to third parties (no change or update notifications) as a part of workflow ?

Use case:

We have received mails and they have been created as issues etc. in JIRA.

After a workflow process we want to send mails to third party participants.

Hey @bilal.aydogmus 

You can utilize add ons like Email This Issue or Automation for Jira to send custom emails out to users within and outside of the system.

Since you didn't specify how you host your instance, both add ons work for either Server or Cloud.
