Making charts based on Epics for a given project

Hello,

I want to make a pie chart gadget for my dashboard. For a given project I want to see the percentage of Epics that are resolved or not. I am able to see the percentage of issues that are resolved or unresolved however that includes task and sub task which I don't want.
