Title basically says it all. I am a student working on a project and we would like to be able to test our API work with a test instance of Jira with dummy data. Any help would be great.

I have installed Jira but on the final step of the installation, opening up my instance, it has failed so I am trying to figure that out. I have my license and everything but cannot open the actual Jira application.
Is it failing to accept the licence or Jira installation is not complete? You can look at the log file to understand more about the error.
