How can I fetch data from JIRA with XRAY plugin via Java

I need to develop a java program that connects automatically to the JIRA and fetch test ids and corresponding defect ids

What are the dependencies or plugnis to be added in maven for developing the code.

How can I use api for Jira with x-ray plugins?

Please help me I'm new to the programming world.
