I cannot delect my account

Shin Woo-Ram

hello.

I'm looking for a way how to delect my Atlanssian account.

It's not helpful for me.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/delete-your-atlassian-account-961259508.html?_ga=2.208988823.482727484.1571379716-1348346879.1571379716

They pop it up Error message below.

---------------------------------------------------------------

• This account is the primary billing contact for one or more products.
• This account is a technical contact for one or more products.
• To continue deleting this account the account owner needs to visit my.atlassian.com and fix the above.

Am I not owner my account??

You need to do what it says in the error message - visit your account and remove yourself from the billing and/or technical contact details you are currently part of.
