Hi Jayasingh, you can follow this application link compatibility matrix: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/APPLINKS/Application+Links+Version+Matrix

Basically if you're using JIRA 6.1.7, you can connect it with any FishEye/Crucible version 2.7.x and newer, up to the latest.
