Hi Nic ,

It's solved , i found the solution here :

Reindexing fails with expected exactly 2 rows error in Jira server

Root Cause #4

The LexoRank table does not have any rows in it.

Stop JIRA.

Get the ID of the "Rank" field by running the query below and ensure to ignore the "Rank Obsolete" (In case you're facing the Root Cause #3 as well):

<span>SELECT</span> id <span>from</span> CUSTOMFIELD <span>WHERE</span> customfieldtypekey <span>=</span> <span>'com.pyxis.greenhopper.jira:gh-lexo-rank'</span><span>;</span>

Run the following query to insert the values into the database, and ensure to replace the "FIELD_ID" according to the step above, which in our case (10900) will be the following:

<span>INSERT</span> <span>INTO</span> <span>"AO_60DB71_LEXORANK"</span> <span>(</span><span>"FIELD_ID"</span><span>,</span> <span>"ISSUE_ID"</span><span>,</span> <span>"LOCK_HASH"</span><span>,</span> <span>"LOCK_TIME"</span><span>,</span> <span>"RANK"</span><span>,</span> <span>"TYPE"</span><span>)</span> <span>VALUES</span> <span>(</span><span>10900</span><span>,</span> <span>-</span><span>9223372036854775808</span><span>,</span> <span>null</span><span>,</span> <span>null</span><span>,</span> <span>'0|000000:'</span><span>,</span> <span>0</span><span>)</span><span>;</span>
<span>INSERT</span> <span>INTO</span> <span>"AO_60DB71_LEXORANK"</span> <span>(</span><span>"FIELD_ID"</span><span>,</span> <span>"ISSUE_ID"</span><span>,</span> <span>"LOCK_HASH"</span><span>,</span> <span>"LOCK_TIME"</span><span>,</span> <span>"RANK"</span><span>,</span> <span>"TYPE"</span><span>)</span> <span>VALUES</span> <span>(</span><span>10900</span><span>,</span> <span>9223372036854775807</span><span>,</span> <span>null</span><span>,</span> <span>null</span><span>,</span> <span>'0|zzzzzz:'</span><span>,</span> <span>2</span><span>)</span><span>;</span>

This is not really the whole re-index failing, it is reporting a single error in one place (although it is happening to many issues).

The rest of your issues are absolutely fine, and in fact the index for the failed issues is also correct. It has only failed for that one field on the issues.

Are you sure field 11260 is the Rank field? Can you check by going to the list of custom fields and hovering the cursor over any of the configuration links in the cog menu and checking the fieldid in the url that appears in the tooltip?

Also, while there, can you check the type of the field (is it "global rank"?) Do you have more than one global rank type field?

Anas Ibrahim

Hi Nic ,

Thanks for your replay .

The Field 11260 is Rank and i have two Global Rank Field .

1-Rank

2-Rank (Obsolete)

and also when he finish the re index he give :

'Jira Indexing' failed.

and i can't see all the Issues ,

Nic Brough -Adaptavist-

When you say you "can't see all the issues", could you be more precise? Is it all issues, or a subset? Where are you looking?

Could you try editing one of the issues mentioned in the indexing log and see if that throws a similar error?
