Modify the User Portal in Jira SD

Hello everyone.

I need to make the following modifications to the Customer Portal:

1. Hide the search engine in the Help Center.

2. The Help Center starts showing only the links to the active projects. That is, without showing the "Popular" section.

I would appreciate some info about it.

Without a rewrite of the service desk application from source code or a redirect when specific urls are being accessed, I do not know how you can achieve the customization you described.

I recommend to try Theme Extension for Jira Service Desk. It allows you to hide search engine, change Help Center completely (for example using categorisation feature), and many many more.
