Merge issue to master after status is completed

Hi,

We are using Jira Software and Bitbucket Cloud. Yesterday I was able to create my first pipeline to automatically deploy commits in the master branch to our EC2 instance.

Now I'm looking for a way to automatically merge commits which are set to completed to merge with the master branch.

How can I connect Jira to Bitbucket to merge the linked commits (I already linked those, so I can see the commits in Jira) into the master branch after the status is changed to completed?

After contacting support about this, they told me that this is not possible yet. There is a feature request for this, which can be found here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BCLOUD-14746
