How do I set a page to not include horizontal scroll bars when resizing? I want it fixed.

I have two sections set up on the page and when it is viewed on different size monitors it cuts of the graphics and includes scroll bars instead. I want the page to look the same way on all monitor sizes.

I guess image size in confluence (server) do not changes responsively, it has a specific size, so you can't change it to a percentage value.
