How can we user the Incident, Problem issues in new project?
Add the types to the project, via the issue type scheme.
I already did this but the work flow was different.
I want same a problem ticket.
Instead of creating now issue and following all procedure.
I am sorry, I do not understand the response.
If you add new issue types to the issue type scheme, the project will offer the new types to you when you click create. It has nothing to do with workflow, problem tickets or anything else you mention in your follow-up.
But the Work flows are already in used for different project?
