Pre hook JQL query

Hello I'm struggling configuring my repository trying to  :

• force people to have branch names that follow a given format. I haven't been able to match any of my tickets with the default JQL query "text ~ (${refChanges*.ref*.displayId.collect {'$it'}.join(',')})"
• force people to have a commit message with proper format.
• force pull requests to only have one commit
