Unable to publish a page: There was an error processing the request

Shannon S

Hello Rabbani,

Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's nice to have you. I have a few follow-up questions that I'll need to know in order to proceed.

1. What is your Confluence version?
2. Are you behind a firewall or proxy? Does this feature work outside of the firewall or proxy?
3. Are other users encountering the same issue? Does this happen for any particular pages? Can you replicate this outside of your current network and device?

Lastly, have a look at the article below that might help you to resolve your issue:

• Unable to publish a page. There was an error processing the request.

Regards,

Shannon
