We're having problems downloading an attachment with plus sign in attachment name, despite it was uploaded successfully. So we wonder if there a list of illegal characters that cannot be used in JIRA attachment names?

I've notice the same behavior. Do you access JIRA directly or through apache/iis or other http server ? In my case JIRA is accessed through IIS.
