Hi @Pankaj Patel 

That is interesting use case In almost all cases the license owner (even if it is free) will get a notification from the vendor.

• You can however track the version page on the marketplace
• Or you can use the marketplace REST API
• The most simple option would be to watch this page and you will get email update on new releases
