Historical Changes on jira

Question

Hello,

Is it possible to have a historical of changes?

I would like to record the times that a ticket has changed.

For example, when I open a ticket, I have blocked it about 1 hour, afther that, it has been activated 3 hours later. So I would like to know, how long has that ticket been blocked?

you can view the history for individual issues under the History 'tab'
