I think all of the followings:

* For Jira 7 and 8: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftware/jira-software-release-notes-776821069.html
* For Jira 5 and 6: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira064/production-releases-720413057.html . This also contains previous releases you need to filter them starting from v5.0.

If you're looking to upgrade you will have to have to install some 'bridge' versions to upgrade the database structure. Each release is only compatible with the database structure so far back.
