Lost all my permissions to repositories, can't access them, push or make a pull request.

Are you referring to Bitbucket cloud or an on premise installation?

Bitbucket cloud

Either you get in touch with someone who has administrative permissions for your projects to check the permissions granted or you directly get in touch with the Atlassian support team.
