Need help with simple script

I 'm attempting to write a simple script that will pop up a error message is the Priority field has a value of "None" and the Project name "Bill".

This is the code used:

 

if (Project.name !== "Bob") {
   if (Priority.name === "None") {
   }
}
else alert( "Please Check"); {
