here's the example, how can i setup several transitions in one button, like the picture.
when people click the button , there will be a drop down list, and then user can select which transition to use.

You cant do it out of the box. The Workflow button is added, if there are more than 3 transitions for the status (by default).

You can set from your workflow the transitions. for example, in one of my projects, the workflow scheme is set for each status "Transition to all" so if I want to move a task from a column, I click on the status button and move it wherever i want.
You don't have to do exactly like this, but you can set the transitions in your workflow exactly how you need. And then you can move them in any column you want.
