On submitting a confiform - want to create JIRA ticket

I have created a Confiform to collect a few details from the requester. I want,

while the requester submits the form, it automatically creates a JIRA ticket as Backlog item, so that I can use the backlog item to my Kanban board to track the request further.

With help of ConfiForms IFTTT macro ( choose option to create JIRA issue as IFTTT action ) you will be able to configure issue creation in Jira . Please refer below documents for configuration details.
