How to direct external REST API traffic to a dedicated node with Apache load balancer

I have configured Jira Data Center using a Load Balancer with Apache. It is working fine. However I want to send REST API traffic to a dedicated node, but I don't know how to do it. I found the following link in Atlasssian documentation:

But it I need the syntax or an example of the implementation for Apache load balancer.

Would be great if anyone could share some insights on how to route REST API traffic to specific Jira node using Apache HTTPD.
