Comments not getting reflected while updating Bulk Tickets

Hi Team,

We are trying to update bulk tickets in one go, by writing some comments into the Comments Section like "Any update?" etc.

The tickets are getting updated as a bulk but the comment "Any update?" is not getting posted rather only a field parameter gets changed.

We tried to check this link but could not understand further. I am willing to attach the screenshots for your reference but unable to find the section for uploading the same in this ticket.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think your screenshots would help. Because I just tried the different step and it works fine with me.

I am interesting to know how you do the Bulk Change.
