How to get jira releases detail like created people and created date

our team need a confluence macro that show the product release time line, but I can get nothing about created people and created date from /rest/api/2/project/{project key}/version, is there any way to get the two info?

When release created we can receive a email contains people and date info. So I thought these info can be got.

Is it possible to get these info from database?
