How to add "Help us improve" block to my confluence instance?

Pankaj Jangid

See this page https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/Empty+Space+Directory+Page+after+Upgrading+Confluence

At the bottom there is "Help us improve" section. Is that a built-in or paid plugin?

Hallo Jangid

That form is supplied by the Content Survey and Reporting plugin:

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/confluence.plugins.knowledgebase.survey

It's free.
