How to make a Script in JIRA to send the mail

Can someone please share a script in JIRA to send the mail For eg

If Project= "ABC" and TYPE = "XYZ" and Status = "In Progress" then send the mail to following receipients with below draft

1) mailidA@XXX.com

2)mailidB@XXX.com

Format of the mail

Dear customer,

Please reveiw the mail which you received.

You could make use of Receiving Search Results via Email feature. Furthermore, you could be Customizing email content following the documentation.
