I am looking for a way to display the last issues of the reporter while creating an issue. It should look like a list showing the last issues. Is there any way to make this work?

Jira OOTB has no feature like this. The closest you get is similar issues however this searches based on keywords if memory serves me well:

Maybe someone else has seen something that could help here but you may need to build a custom solution.
