No strikeout of issues after they are resolved

I'm in a Next-gen status quo & my issues do not appear as 'erased' after I mark them as 'done'. Why is this happening? These issues are not part of an epic.

Hi Arietta,

You may have already done this, but usually when this happens, check and see if the Resolution field has been populated for those issues without a strikeout.
