Migrate tasks and mentions in processes from leaving user to a new one

Hi,

one user is leaving our company. 
Is it possible to reassign all his tasks and mentions in defined processes to a new user?

We have this problem with confluence.

reporter = username or watcher = username or assignee = username or text ~ username or comment ~ username

Above JQL will catch everything related to that user. You can bulk edit tickets and assign to different user.

Edit: Just realized this question is related to confluence. Ignore this reply. I don't have the way to delete it.
