checkbox not working in a table

I have options like below

[] Retain

[] Revoke

In a table macro. when clicked on Retain, it worked, but when I m trying to click on revoke, unable to click on it or it does not gets checked.

Are you using 'Checklist' inside table column? Or you are putting 'Checkboxes' some other ways.

Checklist inside table works fine for me.
