When our ad authenticated users open the the bitbucket login, regardless of the browser they are prompted to select a machine certificate.
What is the issue behind that?

could you share a screenshot of the screen that you see.
Is you bitbucket instance ssl terminated, if yes are you using an official certificate or is it selfsigned?
