I can't comment on images and other files. It seems this Add-on is enabled. See?
What am I missing?

Do you mean that you can not add comments when uploading an attachment ?
No, I mean I can't add a comment on the image or file. When I click to open an image or file, I see this (see attachment here). Notice the comment icon at the bottom is missing?

Which version of confluence are you using now? Can you add comment on other page ?
