Are there any tools for migrating Jira from Old Server to New Server?

Hi,

I am new to JIRA migration process. I want to migrate JIRA instance from Old Server to New Server, Could you please let me know the step by step process to achieve this. Also please let me know if there are any tools in achieving this?
