Task doesn't show up in active sprint

One of my team member has a task assigned to him, it is showned in the backlog for the curren sprint, but in the view "Active sprint" it doesn't show up.

Leading work group and Active sprint are correct.

Basically, I'm wondering whay we can see it in the backlog for current sprint but not in Active Sprint?

Hi @Johan ,

You can try to check the following configurations：

1. Column: Is there an Unmapped status, Issues in these statuses won't show on the Kanban board or Kanban backlog .

2. Quick Filters: Is there a Quick Filters to hide the issues ?

Please move the Task from "Backlog" to "Active Sprint" in "Backlog" tab.

The Task is allready in "Active Sprint" in "Backlog" tab. Bbut when looking in "Active Sprints" tab, it can't be seen!

It may happen when the task is added to the sprint and it's linked to some Epic which is not added to the sprint or the board issue filter.

Check if your linked epics are available in the board filter and planned in active sprints. If not then add all the necessary epics to your sprint. After doing this, you will see the missing issues on the Active Sprint Board.

This occurred for me when I added subtasks to a task. This fixed it for me.

On the Active Sprints Board, change Group: Assignee to Group: None and the task came up. Then updated Group to Assignee again and the task/subtasks are there.

Also make sure the different Work Items are selected in the Type filter on the board.
