How can I download all helpdesk tickets?

I've been working on tracking my Jira tickets manually. is there a way to download a file for all the jira tickets at one go. The one which has been resolved and ones in the queues.

Hi @Ravi R Acharya ,

You can go to issue search, search for the issues you want to get and then export them there.
