Response time for JIRA Performance 7.13. Is the data available

As a part of the Performance testing in our environment, I was looking for the Response time for JIRA Performance 7.13 (numbers). Currently , only comparative graphs are available. Can the data for these also be provided, so that we can use that as a baseline .
