Agile Wallboard Gadget not working on Samsung TV

Question

Agile Wallboard Gadget not working on our Samsung TV,

Jira Version : Atlassian Jira (v8.3.0#803001-sha1:679cb7f)

It's just show blank widget and don't have edit button neither.

I tried on Chrome on my PC and it's still work.
