How to customize sending email to reminders for assignee every day?

Any how , you can use filter subscription option for getting reminders every day for the assignee.
When an issue is in the open state, jira will automatically email the assignee every day？

You can create filter with the below query
status = Open and assignee = currentUser()
and subscribe this filter to group or role members who you want to trigger mail
