How do i turn off the pull request banner every time I push

Hi, I'm using bitbucket server 6.5.1 and am trying to turn off the remote message ..

I've tried this link https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserverkb/how-do-i-disable-the-remote-create-pull-request-message-when-pushing-changes-779171665.html but I can't seem to find the "Manage add-ons" sections mentioned here.

Can anyone help me please.
