Attachments Disappearing

Jennifer Smith_yvkxz0

I have been experiencing attachments saying they're uploaded to my story and I can visibly see them and then when I refresh they've disappeared.

My colleague had an issue where she was unable to download the attachment.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
