Auto Transition on issue creation and Issue link type

Question

Hi,

We need to perform an auto transition to a specific status on issue creation and also based on the issue link type.

We tried adding the custom Scriptrunner script that performs auto transition based on the condition above, on events:

1. Workflow, Open-> Create -> Post Function, and

2. On IssueCreated event script listener.

It seems it is not identifying the Issue Link on issue creation. Not sure why.

Need advice on how to achieve/resolve the same.

Hi, I think the problem might be that "link" action is done after "issue created" action. Could you describe your workflows in detail so I can try to help you to figure out the issue? Schemes with description would be helpful.
