For some strange reason https clone for some repositories has stopped working. It works fine for other repositories.
For example the following occurs when cloning over https. SSH clone works fine for this repository...
git clone https://sourcecontrol.remoteiv.dk/scm/nem/sitecore.gitCloning into 'sitecore'...Username for 'https://sourcecontrol.remoteiv.dk': tdhPassword for 'https://tdh@sourcecontrol.remoteiv.dk':error: RPC failed; HTTP 500 curl 22 The requested URL returned error: 500fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly
Hi Timothy,
Thanks for reaching out. Are you still experiencing this issue?
If you have enabled two-factor authentication in your account, you must provide an App password instead of entering your personal password for HTTPS Git. If that's not your case and you're still having this problem, we'll need more information:
Let us know!

Hi,
Check the number of branches for the repositories that does not work with cloning over HTTPS. I have the same issue, and for me it works if there are 11 or less branches. If there are any more branches than that, I get the exact same error message.
Try to delete some branches (if possible) to check if this is the issue you are facing.
