Problems accessing Issues and View All Boards - PostgresSQL

Hi there,

We are experiencing an issue with a client, who are unable to see their managerapidviews boards. They are getting this error as you can see on the image below:

 

I have searched a few articles saying that this issue is linked to MYSQL in the database, but the instance we have for the client runs on PostgresSQL RDS.

Is there a reason as to why this is happening? Through the backend of the system, it is returning null exceptions so we can't determine why this is happening, just we know that there is an error.

Any assistance, would be greatly appreciated.

While you're getting "null errors", it is well worth ploughing through them - they usually chain together with a "caused by" which can eventually give you something useful.

Without the errors, I'm afraid this could be almost anything.
