We want to calculate the sum of SLAs (Sum of goals) of Sub-Task in the parent field. please help

Out of the box it's not supported, you can try paid plugins like Script runner which have the concept of scripted fields.
You can fetch the SLA custom field values from all sub-tasks into the parent issue's script field and display the aggregation as desired.
