How to do a reset password in Confluence ?

Question

I forgot my password to access to Confluence and I cannot find any way on the identification page to reset my password. Is anyone knows how to do it ?

Thanks a lot for your help,

Jira & Confluence has the same Username & Password
if you forgot that too ask you jira admin to reset it in user management>users>more>prompt reset password, sharing screen shot
