Jira tickets have a different format of viewing right now, but personally, I appreciate the older view better. Sometimes there is an option to switch to the older view, sometimes not. Is it possible to make the old view default?
In Cloud, bottom left corner...click on your profile icon > Personal Settings > Scroll to the bottom of the page and Uncheck "Jira Labs"
Side note...if the project is a "next-gen" it will Always be in the "New Issue View"
