There is no official number for Cloud. Cloud is always on latest. please refer this blog - https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/blog

Technically, it's under "help -> about"

But, why do you think you need it?  Cloud is maintained at "latest" on a rapid cycle.  The exact version only matters to Atlassian support and developers if you find a specific bug.
