We want to personalize the list of the field "Assignee" in every screen.

Question

We have put Screens on every transition of the work flow, so every screen has the field "Assignee".

This field, lists every user with the permission to be asigned, I want to personalize this list of users, different roles on this list depending on the screen used at the moment.

I've found some suggestions online with this tool "Scriptrunner", but i was wondering if there was another solution to this.

I've tried with this, in the Create Issue transition.

Property Key: jira.permission.assignable.projectrole

Property Value: 10100 (the id of the only role i want it to be listed in the assignee field List)

But it doesn't make any changes when i try to create an issue. Perhaps the key or value might be wrong.

Please, could give me your opinion?.

The content of the assignee field is determined by who has "Assignable user" permission.

You could modify that further with ScriptRunnner Behaviours, but you could also do it with Workflow properties - these can do things like "when in this status, only role X and group Y have assignable user".  This will affect the assignee field both in edit mode and when leaving that status through a transition screen with the field.
