Where are the timestamps on Jira actions?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Setting up JIRA Software

I'm reviewing tickets and every action (Comments, Activity, History) just say "Yesterday" or "2 days ago" or "A week ago".

I need to know what time of day someone did the action for various history and accountability reasons.

How do I do this?

Hi Dave,

if you stay with the mouse over the text, you get a tooltip with the full date and time

Thanks, but why is it unintuitive? It seems easier to just show the timestamp, I don't see how that's detrimental.

Maybe, some day, there will be a solution for that.

With self-hosted Jira, you could change the behaviour, but not with cloud sad

You could try asking Atlassian Cloud support and see if they will make the change for you

Is there a way to export this data so as to create an activity chart on an individual user? Maybe even compare against other users anonymously?
